  • Is there a dealership which you recommend for us to use to purchase the Chromebook?

  • What is the strategy for the textbooks? Will the Chromebook totally replace them, or will they be utilised in combination with it?

    Both will be employed simultaneously as part of Beaconhouse’s balanced approach.

  • Are Chromebooks included in the bookpacks?

    No, they are not. They need to be purchased separately.

  • Will the books load be eliminated and replaced by pdf so parents don't have to invest on textbooks?

    The details of textbooks, either in hard copy or in digital, is shared in the booklist.

  • Is the Chromebook intended only for Google Chrome, or can it be used for other applications as well, such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Excel?

    The Chromebook is not limited to Google Chrome; it can be used for a variety of applications, though it is optimized for Google apps and services.

  • Will students no longer be using Beaconite IDs?

    Students will continue using their Beaconite IDs.
